Who Am I?

My name is Ethan Sanderson, and from a young age, design has always been a part of how I see the world. Whether it’s the layout of a building or the formation of players on a baseball field, I’ve always been drawn to the structure and intention behind great design.

As a designer, I constantly encounter challenges—ones that rarely have simple solutions. Through my experience, I’ve embraced the philosophy that “less is more, and more is less,” understanding that intentional space and balance are essential when designing for the real world.

I attended Grand Canyon University for my undergraduate studies and will be earning my BA in Graphic Design & Advertising, with a focus on package design and social media asset design & management.

Values

From a young age, problem-solving has been second nature to me—tackling challenges and finding creative solutions has always been my strength. At Sandman’s Designs, my ability to think both inside and outside the box sets me apart, allowing me to create innovative and effective designs.

Design

Design is everywhere—in social media, on billboards, and across cityscapes. It is a fundamental part of our daily lives. Unlike art, design is inherently functional, shaped by purpose and perception, making it uniquely subjective to the human eye.

Creative

No matter who you are, creativity exists within you—whether you’re a minimalist, an extrovert, or someone who appreciates intricate, mind-bending designs. Creativity isn’t just a skill; it’s a mindset.

Solutions

At Sandman’s Designs, problem-solving is at the core of my creative process. Every challenge presents an opportunity to design with purpose, and finding the best possible solution is the key to effective and meaningful design.
